About our restaurant

The Restaurant de la Cigogne welcomes you every day from noon to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm, except on Saturdays for lunchtime and Sundays. 

The chef offers you a fine and fresh cuisine inspired by the market and the seasons, accompanied by an exceptional wine list of more than 350 vintages.

The Chef

His name may not ring a bell. Nevertheless, Nicolas Pasquier is one of the most talented Chef of the Genevan culinary scene. Having trained at «l’Auberge du Lion d’Or» then at «l’Hôtel de la Cigogne», as second-in-command, he was recently promoted as the main chef of the prestigious « Relais & Châteaux ». 

For lunch or dinner in the city center, he takes us on a path to discover a sophisticated and creative cuisine, emphasizing seasonal products to accompany one of some 350 wine choices of the restaurant.

A menu to be discovered without further delay inside the restaurant decorated with wood and stained-glass windows, or on its charming outdoor terrace.
