Le Patara

Since opening in 1999, Patara rapidly became a leading reference in Thai gastronomy and has long been one of the go-to addresses in international Geneva. This Mecca of culinary refinement is in reality the Geneva ambassador of one of the finest tables in Bangkok. The restaurant is located within the exceptional setting of the Hotel Beau-Rivage and boasts all the know-how, exclusive recipes and service philosophy of its Thai parent company. The chefs and kitchen team are sent to Geneva from Bangkok after being trained and having spent at least five years in the group's establishments. In a scrupulous concern for authenticity and freshness, ingredients are sent out twice a week from Bangkok, and are used in combination with the finest local produce. 

A comprehensive wine-list, selected especially for their harmonious combination with spicy dishes, rounds off a unique gastronomic experience on the banks of Lake Geneva, combining the best of East and West.

The THAÏ has become a reference of thai gastronomy and is a must of Geneva's adresses. The chefs de cuisine are sent to Geneva from Bangkok after a long training in the art of thai cuisine. For the sake of authenticity and freshness, the ingredients are sent twice a week from Thailand and are prepared in combination with the best local products. The wine-list is one of the town's richest ones and can fulfill the expectations of our demanding customers.
